Privacy Policy

Effective: August 9, 2026. This project is pre-launch and pre-incorporation — this policy describes exactly what happens today, in plain terms, and will be reissued under a registered company's name once that exists. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer; it is written to be accurate, not to be a final legal instrument.

Who this covers

This policy covers aidisclose.eu — the free Article 50 scanner and the waitlist signup. It does not yet cover a paid product, because none exists yet.

What we collect

Why we collect it

Scan data: to run the scan you asked for, and to improve detection accuracy. Waitlist email: to contact you when paid monitoring opens, and for no other purpose. IP address: abuse prevention only, not used for tracking or profiling.

Where it's stored

In a Supabase (Postgres) database hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). The website itself is served by Netlify, whose CDN may route your page request through infrastructure outside the EU as a normal function of serving a static site — no personal data beyond standard web server logs is involved in that routing.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We don't sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Supabase and Netlify act as infrastructure processors (they host the data/site; they don't use it for their own purposes).

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails: until you ask us to delete them, or until 12 months of no product launch, whichever comes first. Scan results: 90 days, then deleted, unless you're on the waitlist and ask us to keep a specific result for reference.

Your rights

Under GDPR (and as a matter of policy regardless of where you're located): you can ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to export it. Email [email protected] and we'll act on it within 30 days.

Only scan sites you're authorized to scan

The scanner fetches the public HTML of the URL you submit. Only submit URLs you own or are authorized to test — see the Terms for the full acceptable-use rule.

Children

This is a B2B tool. It's not directed at, and we don't knowingly collect data from, anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will change and, if you're on the waitlist, we'll tell you by email.
