What this is

A free, automated scanner that checks a URL's public HTML for signals related to EU AI Act Article 50 (chatbot disclosure, synthetic-content marking). It is a heuristic check, not an audit.

Not legal advice, not a certification

We are not a law firm and don't provide legal representation or legal advice. No official "Article 50 certified" or equivalent accreditation exists today — nobody can truthfully claim to issue one. Every result is decision support: a list of things to verify, not a verdict.

Acceptable use

Only submit URLs for sites you own or are otherwise authorized to test. Don't use this tool to probe, harass, or gather intelligence on systems you don't have permission to test. We rate-limit and block requests to internal/private network addresses to prevent misuse of the scanner as a network-probing tool.

No warranty

The scanner is provided "as is." It may produce false positives or false negatives — it reads static/server-rendered HTML and can miss content injected by JavaScript after page load (this is disclosed on every result). We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made, or regulatory outcomes experienced, based on this free tool's output. This will be formalized with a proper liability cap once a paid product and a registered legal entity exist.
